so this is my Oblivion character, khajiit Micka (read Mits-kah , it's a common czech name for cat)
i think i have the right to call her THE skooma cat, 'coz she already reached the title 'Sheogorath' and skooma is pretty much the only potion she drinks (junkie lol)

anyway, i play her for more than 270 playdays so she's the head of all guilds already. and she's level.. what.. 46? 47?
in fact, i'm running out of work. i'm really glad everytime i find some new quest...

but i still have to wait for about 95 days, before i start the main storyline. don't ask why, i just said that i will not go to Kvatch before a year and a day passes

Lol, I had played Oblivion for a while and once I nocked up my charr so badly with skooma (several dozens of bottles, maybe even 50 XD), that the idiot flew ower the half of the Cyrodiil. XD (Uphill running combined with the hidden rock or log)

well i'm finding it pretty much everywhere, but sure thing are: 1)you can pickpocket those junkies in Skooma den in Bravil
2)by the wall outside the imperial city (i think talos plaza district part) is a guy, Shady Sam, who always sells me one bottle of skooma.
