The next version of TESVSFU has the ability to contain and display custom pictures for each character profile. I have examined many pictures, perhaps hundreds, and decided one of yours would be a perfect addition.
With your permission, I would like to use a crop of "packing for Skyrim" for this distribution. The application will not be ready for a while, but when it is released, it will display a list of credits containing the contributors to this project. If I use your picture, I would list you as a contributor.
Please reply with either a "yes" or "no". If "yes", please add something like "I give you permission...etc".
If "no", I shall respect your decision and make sure your art does not appear with the distribution.

so, I'm giving you the permission to use a crop of my picture as long as I get credited.
But gotta admit i don't like the picture that much anymore, so if you happen to come across more fitting picture i made, feel free to use it as well or instead of this one. i have also some over at my fA account ( [link] ), mostly sketches tho..
